A MODEL and student with a penchant for Kentucky Fried Chicken and paganism is a contender in a top lads' mag competition.

Jaedyn Taylor, 22, of Huntington, York, has made it into Maxim's Little Black Book for the second year running.

Readers of the magazine have to vote for their favourite girl and the winner receives a photoshoot which will be published in the magazine. Currently Jaedyn is the model with the most downloads in the North East.

She said: "I love modelling, it's great fun and I've met some amazing people along the way. It's very flattering to even get into the magazine, let alone be the most downloaded for my area."

In addition to this, Jaedyn is also a contender to become a model for international magazine Playboy.

As she has previously applied to the work for the magazine, Playboy sent her an email asking her to enter its competition to become a Playboy model and appear in the magazine.

She is certainly in with a chance as she is currently in fourth place.

She said: "I'm such a Playboy fan, I'm really excited."

She added she would not have a problem posing nude for the magazine, as it would be tasteful.

"I'd really appreciate it if people would vote for me as it's so important to me," she said.

Jaedyn, who is studying homeopathy at Huntington School and counselling and communication at Joseph Rowntree School, has already had several brushes with fame having been modelling for three years and appearing in magazines like Nuts, FHM and Fast Car.

In addition, she has worked as a promotions girl for Macmillan's wine bar in York, Triad Clothing in Middles-brough, and designs and makes her own jewellery which is sold through a York outlet.

On her own home page she describes her religion as Wiccan (a pagan relition) and one of her favourite foods as KFC.

To vote for her in Maxim text Maxim 048 to 60060. To vote for her to be a Playboy model, text PB JAEDYN to 61313.
