FOUR key members of Harrogate-based corporate learning and development consultancy Primeast are taking centre stage to share their expertise with UK business leaders.

Clive Wilson, Russell Evans, Martin Carver and John Campbell, of the Harrogate firm which accelerates business growth through change management, developing leaders and supporting teams, will present at a series of Chartered Management Institute Conventions this month.

They will focus on liberating corporate talent, an issue on which Primeast MD Clive Wilson has authored three books.

Clive said: "As economic storm clouds gather on the horizon, modern managers are under increasing pressure to deliver more. Being invited to these speaking events is a tremendous recognition of how we inspire managers to maximise their talent - the most important resource in their organisations."

The CMI regional conventions in Liverpool, Exeter, London take place throughout spring and are integral to the institute's national calendar of events to improve business leaders' performance. The team will also host a workshop at the CMI National Convention at the NEC, in Bimringham, in October.

Primeast's ten-strong team at Harrogate's Greengate business park engages a network of 140 consultants worldwide and has expanded its overseas work to 40 countries across four continents.

The company has also added 17 new clients to its portfolio since January this year.
